Mr. Right "requirements"

A good friend of mine has counseled me on more than one occasion that I need to write down my Mr. Right list, so that I enter the world of dating with intention rather than just wandering aimlessly.  This bucket list of requirements would be the characteristics I'm looking for in my next long term partner that I can't live without.  So I finally took the time to start my list this past weekend.  Its probably missing a few things, but I think this is a good initial draft.

• Believes in God/Jesus Christ and is a practicing Christian
• puts me before all things other than God
• non smoker
• emotionally intelligent, can communicate how he feels
• book smart - reads a lot
• can converse easily
• strives to make the world a better place
• kind
• empathetic
• honest
• loyal
• loves kids and dogs (and coffee)
• thinks about the big things in addition to the small things and enjoys discussing both
• financially stable (this does not mean rich, it means prudent)
• enjoys the outdoors and being physically active
• makes me laugh
• enjoys sex (hey, i put this LAST in the list.... that's a big step for me, HA!) ;o) 

Now I'm starting to wonder if I just wrote the definition of a unicorn.....?  

Please please please let him exist!!! (and let him be single and living in Cedar Rapids....)
